Carbon Fiber Fabrication And Repair
We employ vacuum resin infusion lamination to ensure stronger and lighter carbon fiber laminates. Our engineered structures achieve fiber to resin ratios of up to 70%.
Fiberglass Fabrication and Repair
We have years of experience with with e-glass, s-glass and carbon fiber. We use vacuum resin infusion, vacuum bagging, or hand lay up depending on the project requirements.
Gelcoat Applications
Our large indoor spray booth provides an optimum safe and clean environment for new gelcoat topsides And decks, gelcoat restoration (sanding, buffing, waxing), spot repair, or topside graphics.
New Boat Commissioning
We can commission your new boat and make it ready for your next adventure. Typical operations include connecting all electronics, testing systems, and confirming proper function.
